The newly appointed Commissioner for Police, Ngozi Onadeko today, assured Governor Makinde that Oyo State Police Command has fully resumed duty in the State.
CP Ngozi Onadeko said this during a courtesy visit to the Oyo State Governor in Ibadan today.
She said, “We are here to formally tell you that we have resumed duty. As you can see, some of us are here. So, we came with the promise that we want to make the lives and property of the people of Oyo State safe and secure. We want the people to go to bed with their eyes closed.
Onadeko also assured the Governor, that Nigeria Police Force is totally commited to the security vision of Governor Seyi Makinde.
“So, we promise you that we will work with you in tandem with your security vision for Oyo State.”
Speaking, Governor Seyi Makinde welcomed the newly appointed Commissioner of Police to Oyo State, adding that his administration is committed to a crime-free Oyo State.
