AbdulRazaq expressed hope that the ongoing reforms in the country would yield great benefits for the citizens.

“Nigeria is moving forward. Our doors are open for business and investment. You can see from the recent pronouncement of the federal government on subsidy removal, exchange rate liberalisation, things are beginning to move forward. Stock exchange is now more robust than ever.

“For the economy, wait for one year, and you see where Nigeria will be. When you embark on reforms, there are some slight adjustments, which we are going through. Like I always say, it’s like the pains a pregnant woman goes through during pregnancy. The joy of childbirth is what you see next year,” he said.
