Ibadan-born Ridwan “Scorpion” Oyekola will face unbeaten Japanese boxer Jinu Lee in a Super-featherweight clash on March 20 at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan.

The Nigerian World Boxing Federation (WBF) Super Featherweight Champion, Ridwan ‘Scorpion’ Oyekola won his last bout against Thailand’s Manat Sopatip in Japan through a Technical Knockout.

Oyo News reported that in the international boxing challenge bout, Scorpion won in round one, through a Technical Knockout at the City Gym, Tomigusuku, Okinawa in Japan, to improve his record to (11-1-1-6KOs).

The brilliant, operatic bout saw Sopatip suffer knockdowns by Oyekola.

Ridwan Scorpion’s impressive bouts in Japan has ranked him fourth in the Japanese featherweight division by the Japan Boxing Commission.

Scorpion described the win as another monumental feat, dedicating it to God.

The Ibadan-born fighter has received huge support from his Manager, Sola Ford, his coaches, Ajibola and Sunny Bruce and his fans club.
