
Oyo Govt Conducts 2025 Compulsory Examination for Administrative, Ex. Officers
The Oyo State Government has conducted the 2025 compulsory examination for Administrative Officers, Executive Officers and other officers in comparable positions across the civil, public and local government services of the state.
The examination, which held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 and Wednesday, December 17, 2025 took place simultaneously across different designated centres in the state, with thousands of officers participating in the exercise.
The two-day assessment formed part of the state’s ongoing efforts to strengthen professionalism, competence and efficiency within the public service.
Officials overseeing the exercise ensured compliance with examination guidelines, while measures were put in place to guarantee a smooth and orderly conduct across all centres.
Candidates were assessed on core areas relevant to public administration, governance, service delivery and ethical standards.
Speaking on the exercise, the Head of Service, Mrs. Olubunmi Oni mni noted that the compulsory examination is designed to evaluate officers’ knowledge, enhance capacity building and prepare eligible officers for career progression in line with public service rules.
Participants commended the state government for the transparent conduct of the examination and the improved coordination at the various centres, expressing confidence that the outcome would further promote merit and professionalism in the Oyo State public service.
The state government reaffirmed its commitment to continuous training, assessment and reforms aimed at building a responsive and efficient workforce capable of driving good governance and development at both state and local government levels.
