The National Economic Council (NEC) has ratified the appointment of Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON as a member of the Board of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).

AbdulRazaq will be representing the North Central geopolitical zone on the board.

The NEC chaired by Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima GCON noted the importance of NDPHC to the country’s economic development in approving the governor’s nomination.

Meanwhile, the application portal for Kwara NG-CARES for MSMEs has opened for 14 days, starting from 12 a.m. 25th June, 2024 to 8th July, 2024.

This is sequel to the approval of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the third phase of Kwara NG-CARES for MSMEs Operational Support Grant.

All Nano, Micro, and Small-Scale business owners in Kwara State who have physically verifiable existing businesses were encouraged to seize the opportunity to register and access the operational grant support.

To apply, applicants may visit www.kwaracaresformsme.com, and submit/upload all evidence of business existence.

The application is only for existing physically verifiable businesses across the 16 local Government areas in Kwara State with evidence of picture of the business taken with the owner, shop rent receipt (if applicable), utility bill (if applicable), evidence of payment of staff salary/payroll (if applicable), and Business Registration Certificate (if applicable).
