The NIS Boss as deputy governor of Edo state then and also the chairman of Edo Queens and Bendel Insurance football club secured the services of Moses Aduku as head coach of Edo Queens and the position he still hold till date.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Friday officially appointed seasoned tacticians Manu Garba and Moses Aduku as head coaches of the national U17 and U20 teams respectively, following the approval of recommendations by its Technical and Development Sub-Committee.
In the women’s ranks, the NFF named Moses Aduku as Head Coach of the Falconets (Nigeria U20 girls), succeeding Chris Danjuma. Aduku brings a wealth of experience from the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL), having managed top sides such as Bayelsa Queens and Edo Queens.

Both appointments are strategic as Nigeria prepares for major competitions in the coming months.
The Falconets are scheduled to face Rwanda in a 2026 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup qualifying fixture in September, while the Golden Eaglets will compete in the WAFU B U17 Boys Tournament – also in September- which Nigeria will host.
Garba and Aduku are expected to officially resume duties this Sunday to begin preparations with their respective squads.
