A House of Representatives aspirant in the 2019 general election, Hon Lanre Sarumi on April 27, 2021 made donations to the Ibadan North Local Government chapter of the People’s Democratic Party.
Hon. Lanre Sarumi who is seeking to represent Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives explained that his monetary gifts to the Chairmanship and Councilorship candidates in Ibadan North was his support to the candidates as they mobilize towards the May 22 Local Government Elections in Oyo State.
Hon Lanre Sarumi who also made donations to the twelve political wards in Ibadan North in commemoration of the Ramadan fast, prayed for Islamic Faithfuls that Almighty Allah will accept their supplications.
Sarumi also implored the people of Ibadan North to continue to support the good gestures of Governor Seyi Makinde and the party.
Reacting, the Local Government’s Chairmanship Candidate, Hon Yusuf Shuaib Oladayo while speaking for the PDP Candidates in Ibadan North, commended the good gestures of Hon Lanre Sarumi and prayed for God’s protection and blessings over him.
