A Lagos-based firm, Toyola Energy Services Ltd has installed N25 million worth of Solar power at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.

The firm is owned by an Oyo-born businessman, Alhaji Suraj Toyin Ologburo.

In an appreciation letter made available to signed by the Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Abdullateef Idowu Oyeleke, he described the action of Mr. Ologburo as an uncommon one.

The letter read in parts: “I am writing on behalf of the entire staff of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources to thank you for your unprecedented and unparalleled contribution towards provision of solar energy at your own expenses which has become permanentlternative source of power for illuminating the whole Ministry.

The uncommon virtue demonstrated by your Company is quite commendable and worthy of emulation and has added, without being immodest, to the uniqueness of our dear Ministry in terms of congenial working experience, security awareness and added aesthetics value among others within the secretariat.”
