Kwara State Hospital Management Board has taken delivery of essential medical equipment to major healthcare facilities across the state with a view to enhancing quality healthcare delivery.
Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq following through on his campaign promises has procured medical equipment in an effort to boost healthcare delivery in the underlisted facilities:
– Cottage Hospital Lade
– Pediatric Ward, Sobi Specialist Hospital
– Intensive Care Unit (ICU), General Hospital Ilorin.
The AbdulRazaq led administration in Kwara state has equally approved the deployment of medical equipment to Iloffa and Igbaja to improve access to quality and affordable healthcare services.
Other healthcare facilities scheduled for the deployment of new medical equipment are Ilesha-Baruba, Yashikira, Kaiama, Omu-Aran, Ajikobi, Sharè, Offa and Okuta.
Similarly, comprehensive rehabilitation of moribund healthcare facilities are ongoing across the state in line with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s vision for improved healthcare coverage in the state.
