Ekiti state governor, Abiodun Oyebanji has signed three bills into law as part of his administration’s efforts to promote good governance and enhance revenue generation.

The bills are the Ekiti State High Court Law (First Amendment) 2024, Ekiti State Property Protection (Anti-Land Grabbing) (Second Amendment) Law 2024 and the Ekiti State Legislative House (Powers and Privileges) Law 2024.

The governor said his administration remains committed to the efficient administration of justice, the security of private properties, and effective governance while preserving the hope that our courts offer the common man.

He lauded members of the state House of Assembly for their foresight in passing the bill to regulate dredging, saying it would help protect the environment from further degradation
