A former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Engr Hamid Gbadamosi has challenged leaders in the State to strive to provide directions for prosperity for the people of the State.
Gbadamosi made the call, while he paid the Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Debo Ogundoyin, a courtesy call today.
Gbadamosi, an elder statesman, was the Deputy Governor to late Chief Kolapo Ishola of the Social Democratic Party, SDP between Janunary 1992- Nov.1993.
He urged lawmakers representing various constituencies to collaborate with the state and federal governments to bring real development to each constituency.
He explained that there is no better time to do this than this period of Governor Seyi Mankinde and Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president of Nigeria.
Reacting, Ogundoyin thanked Engr. Gbadamosi for the visit.
He added that he gained maximally from his years and decades of wisdom, promising to re-enact some of the wisdom nuggets.
