First Lady Thanks Women Leaders, Reaffirms Commitment to Renewed Hope Agenda

The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has expressed profound gratitude to women leaders across the country for their unwavering support of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) since the inception of the present administration.

In a New Year message, Senator Tinubu specially acknowledged the Wife of the Vice President, Her Excellency Hajia Nana Shettima; First Ladies of states who also serve as RHI State Coordinators; wives of members of the National Assembly, ministers and service chiefs, as well as other women leaders nationwide, for their dedication and partnership.

According to the First Lady, the compassion, commitment and readiness of these women to act have significantly strengthened collective efforts aimed at delivering the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. She noted that their contributions have been instrumental in empowering Nigerians, particularly the most vulnerable, irrespective of status or background.

Senator Tinubu reiterated her appreciation for the continued collaboration and support extended to the Renewed Hope Initiative, expressing optimism for sustained partnership in 2026 and beyond.

She also wished Nigerians a peaceful, productive, impactful and prosperous year 2026, while reaffirming the commitment of the Renewed Hope Initiative to improving the lives of citizens across the country.
