First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu Congratulates Hilda Baci

First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has congratulated Nigerian chef  Hilda Effiong Bassey, known as Hilda Baci on setting another Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian style Jollof rice cooking.

In a statement the First Lady signed on Wednesday, she recognised Hilda Baci’s passion, resilience, and ccreativity as a Nigerian chef.

“Your art of culinary techniques has not only brought pride to our dear nation, but has gained National and Global recognition.”

“Through this feat, you have shown what young Nigerian women can accomplish with hard work, determination, and power of innovation.”

She wished her and other Nigerian youth, who dare to dream greater accomplishments.
