The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, has been awarded Doctor of Laws (honoris causa) by the Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Following the Minister’s award, congratulatory .essages have been pouring in, describing him as a national treasure.
The Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa, heaped praises on Lateef Fagbemi.
The Governor said Prince Fagbemi stands tall in the pinnacle of justice and legal profession in and out of Nigeria, adding that his dedication, expertise, and commitment to justice have made a lasting impact.
Governor Aiyedatiwa said: “Prince Fagbemi’s enduring legacies of truth to power, passion for justice, integrity and forthrightness have earned him great accomplishments in the legal world.
